Insurance
First Choice Cleaning Solutions, Inc. maintains proper liability coverage per Michigan law. A Certificate of Insurance may be provided upon request.
Payment for services
We accept cash, checks and credit card payments. Payment is due at time of service.
People & Pets
We are a people and pet friendly company. If anyone or pets are in the home during the cleaning, we ask that activity be limited for cleaning efficiency and safety.
We do not clean litter boxes, fish tanks, reptile cages or bird cages.
Client Key(s)
Client keys are stored in a secured location. Upon termination/cancellation of services, we shall return any client keys in our possession no later than 48 hours from termination.
Many clients prefer to provide a garage or door code.
